Gracey is a formidable, multi-disciplinary Music Executive. As the UK's #1 Female Afrobeats Host, she’s on a mission to Amplify African Art. With just under a decade of media experience under her belt, the London-born Nigerian has amassed a niche following over Radio, Pop Magazines, Playlists and more!
This vibrant and vivacious award-winning Entertainment Journalist has interviewed over 300 artists ranging from greats like Davido, Tiwa Savage, Olamide, D'Banj, Yemi Alade, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and Fuse ODG, to the new crop of Afrobeats stars including Tems, Ckay, Fireboy DML, Adekunle Gold, Omah Lay, Ayra Starr and Kizz Daniel.
As a pillar within the Afrobeats community, Gracey is a proud African Music Ambassador and Advocate; promoting music from the Motherland across many platforms. She presents ‘Aphrobeats’ a weekly broadcast on Westside Radio, and writes as an African Music Columnist for F Word Magazine and Tirade World. Gracey also curates Afrobeats playlists on Apple Music and Spotify including the viral New Music Friday, which is updated weekly.
Passionate about supporting emerging talent, Gracey writes frequent music business articles via X (formerly Twitter) with advice on how to succeed in the industry. She also supports young music business professionals with her foundation: Gíwá. In 2024, Gracey funded 4 MBA Africa scholarships.
With her legal background, Gracey continues to champion talent from the Continent as a Talent Representative, Publicist, Project Manager, and Consultant via her label services agency: MAE. With offices in London, Lagos and Abuja, this firm builds blueprints, bridges and brands for taent from Africa. Gracey also offers her expertise as an Academy member of the Grammy Awards, the Brit Awards, the BET Awards, the MOBO Awards and Forbes BLK.
